Wayne Taylor
Executive Director
Wayne has strong ties to Baptist life in Louisiana, having been raised here in Alexandria and graduating from Louisiana College in Pineville. In 1981, Wayne married JoAnna Winberry of Tullos and they now have two children, Katherine and William.
Since 1995, Wayne has been serving Louisiana Baptists through his leadership of the Foundation. Wayne and JoAnna stay very busy with the activities of Calvary Baptist Church here in Alexandria; and besides reading the Wall Street Journal and watching the stock market, Wayne enjoys playing golf.
Barbara Bell, CPA
Controller
Barbara Bell joined our staff in 1990, after being in public accounting for eight years. She is a Texas native and moved to Forest Hill where she met Doug, her husband since 1976. They have two sons, Brandon and Danny. Barbara is a Louisiana College graduate.
Barbara attends Calvary Baptist Church where she helps in the library and daycare and participates in the music program. She enjoys working in her yard and traveling with her husband.
Kim Deville
Administrative Assistant
Our administrative assistant is Kim Deville. She joined us in February of 1999 and keeps our front office running smoothly. Kim is a native of Poland, La., and is married to Ron Deville, who is an Adaptive P.E. teacher for Rapides Parish Schools.
Besides her full-time job here at the Foundation, she and Ron stay busy with boating, fishing, and most any other outdoor activity. Ron and Kim have three grown sons -Taylor, Chase, and Matt.
Kim and her family are members of Calvary Baptist Church in Alexandria.
Sarah Broussard
Funds Accountant
Sarah, a native of Alexandria, LA, joined the LBF in February 2008. She is a graduate of Louisiana College, where she received a degree in General Business in 2004. She is a member of Calvary Baptist Church, where Sarah currently serves in the Children's Ministry.
Besides her full-time job at the Foundation, Sarah is a scrapbooking enthusiast and consultant for Creative Memories. She also likes to make jewelry, shop, and read in her spare time. Sarah's family and friends, however, are the true treasures of her life.
Jerry Love
Director of Planned Giving
Jerry came to the Foundation in 1997 from Fidelity Investments. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University in his hometown of Ruston. While in college, he met and married Jena' Massey (also a graduate of Tech) and they now have five children, Amanda, Sandi, Kara, M'Kayla, and David.
Jerry's family is actively involved in Kingsville Baptist Church of Pineville. He and Jena' stay busy with youth and children's activities through church, school and sports organizations.
Tami Willis
Accounting Secretary
Tami Willis, a native of Alexandria, joined our LBF staff in 1994. She attended Louisiana State University at Alexandria and has been married to Kenneth Willis since 1983. Tami and Kenneth have a daughter, Courtney who is married to J. B. Babin, and a son, Christopher.
Tami attends Calvary Baptist Church where she enjoys working in the library and with the prayer minstry. Tami enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
