Wayne Taylor

Executive Director
Wayne has strong ties to Baptist life in Louisiana, having been raised here in Alexandria and graduating from Louisiana College in Pineville. In 1981, Wayne married JoAnna Winberry of Tullos and they now have two children, Katherine and William.

Since 1995, Wayne has been serving Louisiana Baptists through his leadership of the Foundation. Wayne and JoAnna stay very busy with the activities of Calvary Baptist Church here in Alexandria; and besides reading the Wall Street Journal and watching the stock market, Wayne enjoys playing golf.

Kim Deville

Administrative Assistant
Our administrative assistant is Kim Deville. She joined us in February of 1999 and keeps our front office running smoothly. Kim is a native of Poland, La., and is married to Ron Deville, who is an Adaptive P.E. teacher for Rapides Parish Schools.

Besides her full-time job here at the Foundation, she and Ron stay busy with boating, fishing, and most any other outdoor activity. Ron and Kim have three grown sons -Taylor, Chase, and Matt.

Kim and her family are members of Calvary Baptist Church in Alexandria.

Jerry Love

Director of Planned Giving
Jerry came to the Foundation in 1997 from Fidelity Investments. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University in his hometown of Ruston. While in college, he met and married Jena' Massey (also a graduate of Tech) who now teaches Special Education at South Grant Elementary.  Jerry and Jena' have five adult children: Amanda (Jon), Sandi (Kyle), Kara, M'Kayla (Hollis), and David.  They also have 6 grandchildren with more to come!

Jerry and Jena' are actively involved in Kingsville Baptist Church in Ball, LA.  Jerry plays percussion in the Worship Band and Jena' leads youth and children's Bible Drill. 

Chuck Murray, CPA

Controller
Chuck Murray joined the LBF as part of the accounting team in 2016.  Chuck brings diverse accounting and management skills from working in the utility/energy industry, long-term care management, and utility construction business.

Born and raised in Shreveport, Chuck attended Louisiana Tech University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

He and his wife, Ann (LC ’86, Secondary English Ed.) have three children – Katelyn in Winston-Salem, NC; Luke in McKinney, TX; and Molly, a student at Louisiana Tech.

The Murrays are active members Calvary Baptist Church in Alexandria and have been leaders in the youth and college areas for 25 years.  Chuck enjoys all sports, especially fishing and golf. 

Tami Willis

Accounting Secretary
Tami Willis, a native of Alexandria, joined our LBF staff in 1994. She attended Louisiana State University at Alexandria and has been married to Kenneth Willis since 1983. Tami and Kenneth have a daughter, Courtney who is married to J. B. Babin, and a son, Christopher.

Tami attends Calvary Baptist Church where she enjoys working in the library and with the prayer minstry. Tami enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
